I am working with traumatic experiences by using the method of IRRT (Imagery Rescripting and Reprocessing Therapy) which provides a gentle way of dealing with burdening experiences through imagination. It allows to modify trauma related memories. It also strengthens the ability to self-sooth and self-regulate your emotions.
I also work with the method of Brainspotting (BSP), which is an advancement of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) and is based on neurobiological principles. Thereby trauma related emotions, images and unspecific fears can be processed in a gentle way.
