Mindfulness based Therapy

Mindfulness based methods build the core theme of my work. Basically, mindfulness means "... to be attentive in a specific way: to be aware of the present moment without judging." (Jon Kabat-Zinn).

Mindfulness based methods are well applied in treatment of depression, anxiety, stress and BPD.

Mindfulness allows to drop automatic ways of reacting and helps orientating towards your own wisdom and vitality.
